Lab Result Notifier notifies the Practice Members/Ordering Provider when the uploaded lab results meet the configured notification criteria. You can enable and configure this feature for your Practice Account to:
The Practice Admin or Office Manager can enable and configure the feature to suit the Practice needs using the following steps:




Choosing 'Ordering Provider' notifies the corresponding Provider making the order or the lab result 'Reviewer'. Then, select the additional Members you want to notify.
Note: The configured Members will receive notification(s) within two hours

You can configure multiple Parameters or criteria within each Notifier to suit your Practice needs. The Notifications tab displays the configured Lab Result Notifiers list. You can enable, disable, edit, or delete them here.

Note: You can configure a maximum of 10 Lab Result Notifiers.
The users can enter the results manually through CharmHealth EHR or can be received electronically from Lab Interfaces.

Once the results get added to the system, this feature evaluates the result values against the configured notification criteria. The configured Members will receive notification(s) if the values uploaded in the system matches the criteria.
