Public Health Reporting

a) Immunization Registry Reporting

The MIPS eligible clinician is in active engagement with a public health agency to submit immunization data.

ChARM EHR Workflow:

ChARM EHR connects to all state immunization registries in USA. Send an email to support@charmhealth.com to enable this feature for providers. It is a bi-directional integration. Providers can submit the patient’s vaccine data to registry, as well query patient’s immunization history/forecast from registry records.

b) Syndromic Surveillance Reporting

The MIPS eligible clinician is in active engagement with a public health agency (PHA) to submit syndromic surveillance data.

ChARM EHR Workflow:

At this time, ChARM EHR does not support electronically submission of syndromic surveillance data. You can generate HL7 Surveillance Report from Encounter section of ChARM and do a manual submission.

c) Specialized Registry Reporting

The MIPS eligible clinician is in active engagement to submit data to a specialized registry.

ChARM EHR Workflow:

At this time, ChARM EHR does not support electronic submission to other specialized registries.
