Text/Phone Calls

This add-on facilitates two-way text communication with patients, allows you to make and receive phone calls directly from your CharmHealth EHR account, and enables sending automated voice messages to patients. Check out the pricing details below.

Note : Inbound calls, Outbound calls and Voice Mail Transcripts are calculated on a per minute basis and a text message constitutes 160 characters.

*Note: For Plan 2, you will be charged only for the encounters for which the Charm AI Scribe feature is used

Member Self-Verification

As part of this feature, a nominal fee of $10 will be charged for each verification of practice members and will be included in the invoice from the next billing cycle.

Payment Gateway Solution

Electronic Claims

Transactions: Each Claim submission, Real-time eligibility verification, and Electronic claim status checks are transactions. ERAs are not transactions. Paper Claim submission through clearing-house is charged at $2 per claim submission.

How is the product priced?

We offer two plans. In the 'Encounter Plan', you will be charged based on the number of encounters created in a month. In the 'Provider Plan', you will be charged based on the number of providers in your practice.

Do you offer a FREE Edition?

Yes. We offer a free edition with limited set of features. You can still purchase addons and use them while on free edition.

What is your Support Policy?

We actively pursue feature requests you may have on our application within overall roadmap. We also offer free live chat support where in you can discuss with our subject experts. In addition, we offer training cum practice set-up assistance. Write us your training requirements, we will be glad to back to you with a quote within 24 hours

Encounter Plan

What is an Encounter?

Encounter refers to a recorded patient consultation or visit.

Does pricing depend on number of providers?

Pricing does not depend on the number of providers. You can add as many providers as you want.

How much will I pay if I make 30 consults/month?

The minimum subscription fee per month is $25. In this case, you need to pay $25 and not $15.

How much will I pay if I make more than 2000 consults/month?

You would be charged $1000 + $0.30/consult beyond 2000 consults. For instance, if you do 2500 consults, you would pay $1150 for that month

If I make 40 consults in one facility and 100 consults in another facility, how much do I pay?

You would pay for 40 + 100 consults. That is $0.50 * 140 = $70

Provider Plan

**Do we get a discount for Non-Physician Providers (NPPs)?

Yes, they are charged at $200 per month. Non-Physician Providers (NPPs) include Physician Assistant (PA), Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Licensed Acupuncturists (L.Ac) etc.

Can I sign annual contract?

Yes, you can sign up for annual contract and there will be discount on annual plans.
