CharmHealth EHR streamlines member onboarding for telehealth and remote healthcare. Members can confirm their identity using their mobile number and a selfie verified by facial recognition. This assists administrators in simplifying the verification process.
Pricing - The Practice will be charged a nominal fee of $10 for every successful verification.
The Practice Admin or Office Manager can enable the 'Member Self-Verification' feature for new members using the following steps.




Once done, new members belonging to the chosen roles get prompted to complete self-verification as part of their onboarding process.
After enabling the 'Member Self-Verification' for specific roles, the Practice Admin or Office Manager can enable for existing members if needed by following the steps below:


Note - Clicking on the 'Drop-Down Arrow' against each Member displays the option to revoke the feature for the Practice Member.

The self-verification process comprises mobile verification and photo proofing.
Members can start the Member Self-Verification process by following the steps below.




Note - If there is any mismatch, the member can Retake the photo or Re-Upload the government proof based on the error message displayed.
The Practice Admin can check whether the required Practice Members have completed their self-verification process using the following steps:
