Configure Bluefin's PayConex Account in CharmHealth

Practice should have an active Bluefin Payconex account to configure in CharmHealth. To configure the Payconex account in CharmHealth, follow the steps given below.

  1. Navigate to 'Settings > Billing > Bluefin'

  2. Click the '+ Bluefin Beneficiary' button.

  3. In the 'Add Bluefin Beneficiary' dialog, fill in the below details.
    • Beneficiary Name (display name for easy identification)
    • Payconex Account # and API ACCESS KEY (steps are provided in the next section to get the information from the Payconex portal)
    • Choose the Facilities to which the Beneficiary is to be mapped

To get the Account # and API ACCESS KEY from the Payconex portal, follow the steps given below.

  1. Login to your Payconex account - https://secure.payconex.net
  2. Navigate to 'Settings > Manage Settings' in the Payconex portal.
